Every GCG umbrella is made in our own unit. Controlling the full process is how we keep quality consistent and pricing fair — batch after batch, season after season.

Inside the unit

1 · Material intake

40+ raw materials — frames, ribs, fabric, handles — received from 15+ vetted domestic and international suppliers, checked on arrival.

2 · Frame assembly

Ribs straightened, shafts fitted and runners set. Frames are opened and closed repeatedly before they move on.

3 · Canopy cutting & stitching

Fabric panels cut, hemmed and stitched onto frames with reinforced seams at every rib tip.

4 · Quality testing

Open-close cycles, water testing and finish checks on every batch — not just samples.

5 · Packing & dispatch

Sleeved, labelled and dispatched by road and courier to wholesalers and retailers across India.

Built for the Indian monsoon

Indian rains are not gentle — sudden squalls, waterlogged streets and months of daily use. Our umbrellas are engineered for exactly that: heavier-gauge ribs where it matters, double-stitched canopies, and frames that survive being dried, folded and reopened day after day. Running our own unit also means we can offer things traders simply cannot: custom prints from 100 pieces, special institutional batches, and honest lead times we actually keep — 500+ orders a month, 95% on time.
